November wrap up/highlights

Okay, so this is going to be one big post, I just hope that I can finish it tonight!

November was an awesome month, to say the least! I can't believe that little Micah is now 1 month old! It's definitely been a great month!

Highlights:

-the birth of Micah

-super fun nights playing cards with a friend 😀

-completing almost all of my goals

-Messaging friends through (awesome) pinterest...wink

-beautiful wind and falling leaves 

-a nice school break

-listening to breath-taking violin covers

-a wonderful Thanksgiving

So now I shall tell ya'll which goals I completed!

To get my splits: I didn't get them this month
Learn " River flows" on violin: ...I learned part of it-😟
Make Africa string art:this didn't happen.

Crochet something: ugh, I couldn't get this done either

Take pictures of Micah: DONE!!

(get ready for a lot of DONES!!)

Finish the old Testament: DONE!!
Make a Bucket list: DONE!!

Buy pumpkin spice chocolate: DONE!! (more on that in a min)

Get my backwalkover: DDDOOOOONNNNEEEEE!!!!!!! YES!

Paint my nails: haha, the easiest one, and I didn't do it...

So 5 out of 10 isn't too bad! And now, about the chocolate I was so excited to buy...

Honestly, this fall I was so excited to try all of the pumpkin spice stuff, lattes, chocolate, donuts, etc.. And so far, I haven't really liked it. OH, EXCEPT FOR THE PUMPKINS DONUTS, SOOOO GOOD!!!! YAYYYYY! 

Anyways, my Mom liked the chocolate, so I was glad about that. Just a bummer deal for me. 😭

Oh, and have ya'll tried the EGGNOG ICE CREAM??? It is literally the bomb!! 

Well, that's all I have for ya'll today!

Honey Fudge Recipe

Hello to you all! Today I'll be sharing a simple, delicious recipe with you, we call it Honey Fudge.

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Coconut oil (if you don't want that "coconut oil taste" use some Louann coconut oil)

1/2 c. cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey (I used 1/8 c. sugar, 1/8 c. honey)

Mix it all up. Oil should be melted. After it's mixed, put it in the fridge to set. I'm not sure how long I left it in there, but 30 to 40 minutes should be good. 

I was really surprised at how good it was! I hope ya'll will try it, and find it as yummy as I did!

:caution: don't eat to much at one time, or else your stomach will start hurting...😟😟😟😢

I'm one of those people who sees the beauty in every tree, every leaf. I think they are breathtaking! I love nature and wind and trees. I don't care if other people think this fall  wasn't that pretty, I think it was beautiful. I stop and really look at the trees. And I try my best to capture the beauty of the out doors, but pictures just don't do justice! I think every season is beautiful. Maybe I'm weird, but I don't really care, I'm me.

I'm mean, standing outside, letting the wind blow your hair all over the place....I just really like those moments! Do you know what I mean? 

I thought I'd share some of the pictures I got today, they're not the best quality because they were taken with a phone. Camera pictures are soooooo much better! I hope you enjoy these anyways!

Dear Princess

Inward beauty>

Dear Princess, 

I would like to tell you of a girl I once knew. We will call her Lois. 

Lois was not particularly pretty, but like all young girls, Lois would sometimes face herself in the mirror and wonder whether she would be considered attractive. 

Lois was a princess, a daughter of the King. She knew that her Father did not want her to adorn herself outwardly with worldly clothes, jewels, powder, and face paint. Actually, these worldly things tempted Lois very little. She knew that her beauty should be within herself,  "the ornament of the meek and quiet spirit, " the beauty of, "the hidden man of the heart" . (1 Peter 3:4)

Lois desired this true beauty and often prayed, "Lord, give me smiling lips, sparkling eyes, and a singing heart. ", And I'm sure the Lord answered her prayer, because she had many friends that found her attractive. 

If you had asked them whether Lois was a prettWhaty girl, they would have to stop and think about it. They had never paid attention to her physical features. What they did not know was that her spirit was beautiful and they loved her for it. Lois's prayer for a singing heart was the clue to her attractiveness. The singing heart is all for which she needed to pray. Sparkling eyes and smiling lips come as result of the singing heart. The condition of the heart is the secret to true beauty. 

How can we be made beautiful, if the nature of man is sinful ands ugly? 

When our hearts are cleansed and our spirits broken , the holy spirit comes to dwell in our hearts. As we permit Him to keep our sinful selves under control, as we follow His directions in what we say and do and in how we feel, then we find that all the loveliness of the Spirit of Christ shines forth from our hearts. Now the expression of our lives is the expression of His nature rather than the expression of our sinful natures. 

His love. 

His unselfishness. 

His goodness. 

His mercy.

All these beautiful traits of nature and character will be ours as we allow the Holy Spirit to dwell within us and rule over us. 

So, princess, so not strive to be the most popular, but top be a King's daughter who is all glorious within.

 I'm so incredibly happy to announce that I have another brother! Micah Francis looks just like Rylan! He was born November 1st, at 9:04 a.m., and is 7ib and 7oz, and  21 inches! I'm so happy that he is so little, and that he's so cute, and so adorable, and soooooo cute! (Did I already mention that? )(:
Right now I'm feeling so blessed!!! 😀 And SOOOOOOOO IN LOVE! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
